Success with this: I did a rollback of Windows Media Series 11 Runtime (which I think I recently installed), from Control Panel add/remove programs, and the Zen V Plus 'explorer' is working again. After rebooting, my Control Panel add/remove now shows Windows Media Encoder Series 9. The system is working correctly (no yellow flag in Device Manager). Device Manager reports these properties under Portable Devices -> Creative Zen V Plus: Provider: Microsoft; Driver Date: 8/31/2004; Version: 5.2.0.0 Digital signer: Microsoft Component Digital Publisher "Driver details" shows that this file is being used for the V Plus Windows\System32\Drivers\wpdusb.sys So, I'd recommend starting in control panel, and doing a rollback if your computer is showing Windows Media Encoder Series 11. Before that, I installed the Microsoft MTP program suggested in this thread, but that didn't help. I kept getting the found new hardware popup. when I plugged the V Plus into a usb port, and the V Series Media Explorer didn't work. W skrócie po polsku: Z start > ustawienia > panel sterowaniu > dodaj usuń program : usuwamy Windows Media Player 11 Windows Media Series 11 Runtime Restart komputera. Następnie instalujemy: mtppk12.exe http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...ckInfoContainer , i znów restart.
